Do I have to watch at a specific time?
Yes. The schedule for events can be found at tiff.net/schedule. Click the link in your email to gain access.
Will events ever go off-sale?
Yes. All events will go off-sale at 6pm the day before the event.
What happens if I can’t find the email with my links?
Please save the email you receive with your links, as a reminder email will not be sent. If you cannot find the email or haven’t received it before your first event, please reach out to customerrelations@tiff.net.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
TIFF has a no-refund policy on TIFF Bell Digital Talks purchases. You can exchange your ticket for another digital event prior to September 6 at 6pm. After this time we cannot process any exchanges or transfers.
